Partnering with Narrative Agency as the Graphic Designer for this project, the primary objective was to solve a major visibility issue where DairyGold's cheese products were being overlooked on retail shelves. Addressing this challenge required a rapid three-day turnaround for the Fatmawati and Jatinegara store locations. The process began with deep reference research and brainstorming around the brand identity, which then led to the development of three distinct layout alternatives. Once the strongest direction was selected, the design was meticulously polished and refined into a solid, premium execution, including high-fidelity mockup creation done through custom digital imaging. The final gondola design succeeded in making the brand completely unmissable, instantly transforming the store's energy and driving high consumer engagement as shoppers were naturally drawn to the catchy display.
